The PFA is a War  surplus airport, deeded to Taylor County at the end of WW II. The airport currently  occupies 900+ acres. Ground access to the airport is via paved road running on the  north side of the airport from US Highway 19 South. PFA is listed in the Florida  Aviation System Plan and National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS) as a  general aviation airport.  The existing runway system at the Perry-Foley Airport (PFA), consists of three paved  runways which intersect at their ends to form a triangular configuration.
