*All homes require a two night minimum, $60.00 - $100.00 cleaning fee,
Florida sales tax, credit card required for all reservations, kitchen utensils,
dishes and pots and pans provided. Guests must provide towels for
beach and boating, paper products, & detergents. Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance with the exception of July.
July reservations require 30 days written notice for cancellation.
Cancellations not made within this time frame will be charged for one night with
the exception of July which will be charged for all nights not rented during
your reservation. Trash must be taken to Roll-off site by guest.
Absolutely NO PETS AND NO SMOKING -
Renters must provide
own towels and linens. Please check with Big Bend Properties, Inc. for bed
sizes.
